Kokomo Beach Cottage, located on the Gulf of Mexico, has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Situated on the wide part of our white, sandy beach, Kokomo has an outside shower, Tiki Hut, and a BBQ grill on the beach.
Kokomo is fully equipped with all of the comforts of home! Ceramic tile throughout, central air conditioning and heat with ceiling fans in each room.
Kokomo is a non-smoking accommodation. If you are a smoker, please take care to smoke outside!
Kitchen:
- Double door refrigerator / freezer with water and ice in door
- Microwave oven
- Electric range and oven
Living/Dining Room:
- Color TV with Digital, premium cable
- VHS/DVD player with some DVDs to choose from
Front Bedroom:
- King size bed
- Color TV with cable
- Washer/dryer
- Ironing board and iron
Back Bedroom (Gulf View):
- Queen size bed
- Color TV with cable
Screened Lanai:
Each bedroom has its own private, full bathroom (only shower) for your convenience.
You also have your own beach area to come and go to the Gulf as you please!
